![]() The colors of the Earth are relaxing and can bring balance. Inner peace is most easily achieved with soft earthy, and neutral tones on the walls. It is advisable to avoid unnecessary and excessive decoration and the many small items that cause confusion. A clean, simple, and without much fuss of things and furniture environment is essential. To achieve a Zen effect, it is necessary to follow the principles of minimalism. The goal is to even have a Zen space in the house dedicated to relaxation for a balanced life, where all the stress and worries of everyday life will be extinguished. A zen environment, therefore, positively impacts the psychology of the people who live in it. In the East and Feng Shui, it is also used as a principle for the arrangement of the house to achieve as best as possible the tranquility that the space exudes to transmit it to us. Zen is the life experience taught in Buddhism and is the ultimate purpose for awakening our true selves. There are some simple ways to enhance this feeling of serenity, create a Zen space, and, why not, in more than one place in the house. Some of us have roommates or family, so we have a personal space at our disposal where we want to spend some quiet moments. With all new technology comes a set of risks, so take your pick. Most of us seek inner tranquility in our homes, our safe spaces. If you opt to stop using Asus, that's your choice, but after all those Samsung phones blew up a few years ago, people that continued to use that brand are now using Samsungs without any problems. They've always been supportive when I've contacted them, and followed up on all my communications and provided information on their discoveries about the problem every 24-48 hours until they determined what was necessary to repair it. I won't go into detail, as e-mails between them and the users are confidential, but suffice it to say that if you stick around for another month or so, the situation might just improve. They didn't charge me to send it in and have them look at it, but mine was also still under warranty when I sent it in, so that might make a difference.īut even now, if you go through the online customer support process and collaborate with them to provide log files and other information on the problem (like I did), you will get information on a repair timeline (like I did). Unless anyone reading happens to be game for a class-action lawsuit over planned obsolescence, your best bet is this: Buy a new phone from a company other than ASUS. This practice of giving perfectly functional devices serious problems after little more than a year is like a nightmare out of the 1990s. Since ASUS pushed a bad update and broke their users' phones, I am warning people away from the brand entirely. Previously, I was greatly impressed with the Zenfone 8 and recommended it and the 9 to anyone who would listen in hopes that ASUS would stick around to make a Zenfone 10. What they have done is sent junk mail with WebStorage offers to those who created an account in order to seek help. They've failed to even mildly improve on the one terrible workaround available: delete all the data on your phone, go back to Android 12 without the latest security patches, and never let your device restart so that you aren't auto-updated to Android 13 and forced to lose your data again. They still want $85 just to look at a phone that anyone ships to them with this problem that they caused. They have not acknowledged it as a known problem despite the pages of reports here and around the internet. They have provided no timeline for fixing it. Over two months after ASUS broke the hotspot function, they still have not fixed it.
